About the room
The house is fully furnished with just about everything you’d need along with a beautiful north facing garden which is great to sit out in and entertain and or relax.
The house is on a very quiet street between Dominion & Sandringham Rds therefore close to public transport (trains & buses) and local restaurants. Supermarkets 5 min walk away.
My bedroom is at the back of the house with own bathroom, so you’d share large bathroom with other flatmate.
Kitchen is fully equipped and easily maintained.
About the roomies
I’m a 60+ bloke who happens to be gay , but also I travel extensively each year. Young at heart, love to socialise, easy to get on with.
Because I travel for 6 months each year it’s better that there are 2 flatmates here in the house.
I have two rooms which I have flatmates for who share one newly refurbished bathroom.
