The house is conveniently located within an easy 5 minute walk of the paraparaumu railway station so ideal for commuters. The house is warm and sunny and private and is situated in a quiet cul de sac with a large section, vege garden and serveral living areas including a lounge, dining room and sunroom with a large deck, laundry, kitchen and seperate toilet and bathroom.

You’ll be sharing the home with me and 2 other flatmates and my mini poodle called princess. I’m in my forties and work from home. I own the property and am looking to share it with either a couple and a single person or 3 single people ideally professionals working in town. Looking for some fun loving, mature and respectful flatmates who are keen to share a very comfortable home with me and the other flatties. Ideally looking for a maximum of 3 flatmates with a couple and single person combination and with the couple taking 2 rooms or 3 single people.
