• Restaurants, McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut 4min walk

$400/wk for individual / $420/wk for couples / No pets (☹️) / Not a party flat

• Bills excluded (around $20 per person a week on average).
• Bond 1 months rent
• Long term tenancy preferred

You’ll be flatmating with myself (late 20s). I work during the week so would like someone who appreciates having a nice place to relax after a long day 😅 Otherwise just looking for someone who is approachable, clean & reliable
