About the room

Close to the beach and to town, on the Link bus route. Very close to the Zoo and MOTAT. Pt Chev is an amazing little beach suburb. The room has its own Ensuite, plus a walk in wardrobe, a desk and a chair, with a Queen sized bed and matching bedside tables. Fully furnished with good wifi. All Bills are included, and the Ensuite is brand new.

About the roomies

I travel frequently and if you are prepared to walk the dog while I am away, I will discount the rate by $150 per week. I am planning to be away for much of August and again for several weeks in September and October, so if you are keen on dog walking, could work out really well for both of us, you would have an entire 3 bedroom house for $250 per week, and I would have someone to look after the fur children. I have a large ginger Mainecoon cat, called Wolfgang and a very relaxed dog called Oscar. Oscar will adore all visitors, Wolfgang will mostly demand food and judge you (but secretly he loves people too). I also sometimes have rescue Kittens as I foster them. So it would be good if you liked animals. Couples are welcome. I prefer short stays, but open to negotiation, I have had a huge range of international travelers over the past few years, all of whom I have really enjoyed meeting. There is a nice private garden with seats that you can relax on and you are welcome to chill in the lounge and enjoy the entire house. I am happy to sit and chat over a glass of wine in the evenings or just give you quiet space to yourself, you can choose how much or how little you would like to interact. I also have a second room if you have friends that would like to come and stay. I am very easy going and the house has a lovely relaxed vibe. Many of my guests come back again.
