Overtoun Terrace

Studio unit located beneath a house in Hataitai. This unit has a small deck with a view out towards Evan’s Bay. It has one large bathroom and a big enough studio space for a medium couch, two sets of drawers and free-standing wardrobes, as well as a large bed with large frame and bedside tables. We would be travelling to Europe around end of July until early October, so looking for someone (or a couple/couple of friends) who would be keen to stay in the property while we are away. The studio can come with all the furniture for you to use, including access to Fibre Internet (additional charge) and power/gas (additional cost).

We would not be living in the property with you, as you’d be living here while we are away in Europe :)
