Room is carpeted has double doors leading onto private deck and a queen size bed.. Has smart TV and all linen supplied except sheets. Quiet room. Has access to fully furnished kitchen, lounge with Sky TV, laundry and shared toilet and bathroom, there is an extra toilet in the garage. Has off street parking. Looking for mature, resepectful, down to earth person, good personality helps too. Smoker ok smoke outside, drinker ok within reason. Person must supply their own food and cook for themselves, clean up.after themselves. Must do their own personal washing but I will wash all linen except personal sheets. Residency is about 10 minutes away from Hastings central. Will negotiate cat but no dogs as there is already a dog on the property. Extra storage is available. Person does not have to be working but must ensure that the board is paid every week.

3 mature adults reside at the property. 1 adult stays in sleepout, 1 adult stays in caravan on the property and 1 adult stays in the house. All 3 are private people and value their own space, however, each will happily interact with boader. I adult works full time, 1 adult is retired and the other is currently unable to work. Each have their own vehicle.
