Old Farm Road

This is a three-bedroom flat situated right across the uni fields. Sitting on the corner of Old Farm Rd and Knighton Rd, this would be an ideal flat for a uni student.

You will be living with two other females one 21-year-old and one 20-year-old, although we are looking preferably for someone our age.

The room is fully furnished, rent is due every Wednesday, and power/wifi is split every month

We are uni students in our second year!! and are looking for a third flatmate as our friend who previously occupied the room has finished her studies.

We’re easygoing, love to socialise together as a flat but also enjoy our downtime. Our studies are our most important focus, although we love to have an occasional drink ever so often.
