Jen's room

One double/couples room going in our beautiful sunny Hataitai flat! The room is huge with built in wardrobes and shelves. As pictured (the door frame) it also has a side room attached to the bedroom that we use for extra storage or as a walk-in closet, but others have used as a little study or like a conservatory room. The room has beautiful windows that look out into the garden.

The house is on a main road with lots of parking and right in front of a bus stop, but tucked away enough that it’s very quiet with a great view. It’s dry, warm in the winter but stays cool in the summer and gets heaps of sunshine.

Room is $415 p/w and bond is $1420. Available 1st feb (can be earlier if needed)
