Looking for a new flatmate to join myself and one other and a cat. (Sorry no other pets). There are 2 rooms available at the moment so will be looking to fill with like-minded people.
Room comes with a queen bed and matress and the rest of the house is fully furnished, sunny garden, located in St Kilda, few mins walk to the beach.

$190 per week plus bills which average approx $30 per month depending on usage.
I am 31, work in conservation and I am very outdoor orientated: tramping, surfing, mountains, sea… but also sociable, love a drink in the sun and a good feast.
I have a cat who is super friendly once accustomed, unfortunately I will not be accepting anymore pets.
