Large bedroom available with attached sunroom, ideal for an office or wardrobe. The room comes with an off-street carpark, a large kitchen and shared bathroom with washer and dryer. Additional expenses for water, power and wifi come to around $70 monlthy, but of course differ depending on usage. Depending on what suits, the room can come either furnished with a king bed, desk, and clothes rack at an additional cost of $10/pw, or just as is :)

5 mins from Mount Eden shops and local supermarkets, and close to St Luke’s mall. The commute to Auckland CBD/ UoA is roughly 30 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car (off-peak).

We are a flat of 2 girls and one guy. We all study Business and Property at the University of Auckland and work part-time. We are all outdoorsy, love beach days and game nights. We are ideally looking for a guy to balance our flat, but are open to anyone who is interested :)
