Homeowner - woman in 50’s, Govt employee who often works from home. Male 30s F/T Carpenter. We are both introverts. Homeowner occupies the upstairs area with shared open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. When not working, I’m a happy homebody doing my own thing. Enjoy listening to music and the occasional wine. Definitely not a party house. Looking for the right person: mature 30+ yrs.
