Room available in a large Point Chev house that is close to the beach and cafe with both being less than a minutes walk. There are 2 large balconies with a small view of the water and beautiful sunsets.

Room has a wardrobe, plenty of room to fit a queen or double bed, drawers x2 or drawers and a desk. A single bed is available if needed but otherwise unfurnished.

A double garage provides loads of storage for - bikes, sporting equipment, extra stuff and things stored safely out of sight. No more paying for storage units!

Plenty of parking off street and surrounding.

The communal areas are spacious and cosy, a lovely big living room, dining area, kitchen and outside patio means you’ll feel like you’re at your holiday home full time.

Shared bathroom with separate toilet.

If you’re an easy going professional individual who’s looking for home not a flat who’s social but likes their own space then come visit us. No work from home, sorry.
