Medium size room available in Point Chev house to share with 2 others.

Room is bright & sunny, has a wardrobe, plenty of room to fit a queen or double bed, drawers x2 or drawers and a desk. A double bed and drawers are available if needed but otherwise unfurnished.

House is light and roomy and less than 1 minute from Point Chev beach, cafe and park.

The communal areas are spacious and cosey. Kitchen is roomy with plenty of cupboard space and a lovely bright dining area. There are 2 large balconies with a small view of the water and beautiful sunsets. One flatmate has their own downstairs area with a small lounge.

Shared bathroom with separate toilet.

Current flatmates - one is self employed and works flexi hours, the other works the odd day from home, so no WFH is what we’re after. If you’re an easy going professional individual who’s looking for a home not a flat who’s social but likes their own space then come visit us.
