This is a inner city four bedroom house. I’m by myself currently and I’m looking to rent out two rooms.

Things to know:

There is a large room for $200 and a smaller room for $170 (expenses included).
There’s a double garage with two parking spaces available.
Ten minute walk to the city, ideal for CBD workers and wintec students.
Quiet and clean vibe, no parties and no late night noise.
Not stingy with heatpump/aircon/dehumidifiers in fact I encourage their use.
Gas heated water, no cold showers.
Kitchen stuff, double bed, desk, chair and monitor available if you need them.
LGBTQ safe space, I am transfem myself.
Big fluffy cat called Smiffy.
2 weeks rent for the bond.
Unlimited fiber internet
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers along with 1 bathtub.
This is an old 1950s house situated between a lake and a river, it is vulnerable to moisture damage! Dehumidifiers, damprids and squeegees are strongly recommended!
Next to a road with motorbikes and schoolchildren so it can get loud.
Not much freezer space, I don’t mind if you bring your own though.
Smokers OK just keep it outside.
