• Partly furnished (couch and quality king size bed in bedroom). There is a spare bed in the lounge type area I can remove.

• Property is located in Maungatapu. 2min walk to Te Waiti park and Rotary. Easy 10min stroll to local cafe, takeaways, chemist and dairy.  
• Friendly safe neighbourhood.

I am Aidan. I currently share this property with my two young children who I have custody of every second week. Due to this it is necessary for me to be selective about who I have staying on the property. I am an easy-going approachable person who enjoys socialising but also my own personal space. The house can be a playfully chaotic when my children and I get together, but I am big on privacy so who-ever is downstairs need not worry about being intruded on.
