Medium sized room available in a warm, well insulated flat on the sunny side of North East Valley. Plenty of room for bed, drawers and a small desk, with two sets of built in shelves on one wall.
The flat is double glazed, and the fireplace cranks out the heat all winter, staying warm til well into the following day.
Rent includes power, internet, gas, firewood and shared basics such as loo paper and cleaning supplies.
May also have the option move into the bigger room after a current flatmate moves on later in the year, and could potentially then split the rent 50:50 ($275 plus bills) and use the 3rd room as a shared office.
Pets negotiable, but no cats sorry!
About the roomies
Current flatmates both early 30s, one PhD student and one full time worker. Would suit a similarly quiet, considerate human looking for a quiet spot to come home to.
