3 bedroom lifestyle block with 1 bathroom. A unique and idyllic setting, welcome to my tranquil slice of paradise. Cute renovated home (yes warm dry winters), one friendly neighbour & 10 acres of land that is off the road making it safe and secure. You’ll have your own off street park!

Peaceful rural living meets convenience - 10mins to Westgate and 20mins to the city or the east coast beaches & muriwai a 30min drive.

I have a washing machine and dryer, along with a kitchen that has everything you will need. The house is easy to keep clean and the tenancy agreement has the property fully maintained by the owner who is a great landlord.

Looking for others that enjoy a tidy, safe quiet space that they like to call home.

The room itself is very sunny with afternoon sun streaming in. While on the smaller side i have had a queen bed along with drawers in there. It was snug but it did fit.

Ideally you’ll have gotten the party days out of your system and looking for a place to call home, perhaps with a chilled beer/wine on the deck every now and again - the sunsets are quite stunning. You’ll enjoy living with others, respectful of shared spaces.

If you require space for storage beyond the room this is available at an extra cost depending on your needs, happy to discuss.

Price is plus expenses (water, power, unlimited WiFi).

2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. If you are a heavy/habitual drinker this is not the place for you.

I work full time and intermittently from home. I care about a healthy lifestyle.

Our other flatmate is Simon, an older Chinese gentleman who is very polite but quite shy and keeps to himself. Very respectful, spends most of his time in his room.
