A unique and idyllic setting, welcome to my tranquil slice of paradise. Cute renovated home (yes warm dry winters), one friendly neighbour & 10 aches of land.

Peaceful rural living meets convenience - 10mins to Westgate and 20mins to the city or the east coast beaches & muriwai a 30min drive.

I have two rooms available -

The first, slightly smaller (3x2.9m) with a built in wardrobe and another external wardrobe. There is a king single bed that you are welcome to, equally fine if you have your own ($205pw).

Second room is on the corner of the house and slightly larger (3.4x3m) and fills with the afternoon sun. It has an external wardrobe as well. ($225pw)

I have a washing machine and dryer.

The house is easy to keep clean and the tenancy agreement has the property fully maintained by the owner who is a great landlord. Looking for others that enjoy a tidy, safe quiet space that they like to call home.

I have a gorgeous staffie who is incredibly affectionate so you’d need to be ok with an exuburent greeting each time you came home and obviously comfortable around dogs.

Ideally you’ll have gotten the party days out of your system and looking for a place to call home, perhaps with a chilled beer/wine on the deck every now and again - the sunsets are quite stunning. You’ll enjoy living with others, respectful of shared spaces and ideally have a health and growth mindset.

Price is plus expenses (water, power, unlimited WiFi). 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.

I work full time and intermittently from home. I care about a healthylife style & with that have a basic home gym, sauna and cold plunge which you’d be welcome to use. I prefer to keep products eco friendly and are slowly starting to grow green fingers - there’s ample space for a garden, so if you’re green finger inclined you’re welcome to throw your hands in the dirt too.
