Decent sized outdoor and lounge area plus a very large kitchen. 20m from a bus stop that can take you to the CBD and on road parking. Room faces west so gets plenty of evening sun and can come furnished with basic furniture free of charge. Preferred Roommate will be 25+ professional and is either over their drinking days or does so at other people’s houses, (we’re all old and tired and can’t handle parties any more).
