Georgia Terrace

The house is set over three levels with two lounges and two outdoor areas that get loads of sun equipped with outdoor furniture. Everything except the bedroom is fully furnished and we have pretty much every kitchen gizmo and gadget you might need including a coffee machine. The second lounge downstairs is additionally used as a study where there is space for another desk if you work from home.

The room is on the top floor getting great sun and fresh air throughout the day with high roofs. Comfortably fits a double bed and drawers, anything bigger and it becomes quite snug. On top of the wardrobe in the bedroom, there are 2x additional storage cupboards right outside the room, 1x shared with 2x others for linen and another that will be available for additional clothing and storage. You would share a bathroom with only one other person, good amount of storage under the sink for toiletries and the mirror is backlit so gets great photos. Room dimensions are 280x255.

Super close to Westfield Albany, Massey Campus and the motorway.

There are three of us living together, myself and 2 other females between the ages of 26-29 working in project management, publishing, and student/funeral home assistant. We are always keen for a good yarn over some uber eats, night in playing a board game, or having people over!
