About the room

Sunny double bedroom available in a Townhouse in Sydenham. Close to town with a 5minute bike ride, and 20 minute walk. Room is one of 3 in the house, alongside a spare room/office. Bills are additional and split at the end of each month equally. Ideally looking for someone shorter term, open to a discussion for options. Would prefer a female but open to anyone that will be the right fit! I week bond for stay under 1 month, 2 week bond for stay longer than 1 month

About the roomies

I own the house and you’d only be sharing it with me (early 30’s female),my dog Albie and cat Bene. I’m social and enjoy a chat and occasional drink, my equally like my own time and space. I’m active and enjoy being in the outdoors! Looking for someone to come and join us that is working full time and wants a homely environment. We do our own cooking and groceries, and cleaning is shared each week. If you’re interested please send a message with a bit of info about yourself!
