About the room
Sunny double bedroom available in a Townhouse in Sydenham. Close to town with a 5minute bike ride, and 20 minute walk. Room is one of 3 in the house, currently used as a spare room/office. Room can come furnished for $230 a week or $210 a week unfurnished. Looking for someone shorter term, will consider anything till mid June. Bills are additional and split at the end of each month equally.
About the roomies
Living here currently is myself (33 F) and my flatmate Eva (25 F). We also share the space with my dog Albie and cat Bene. We occasionally have other dogs come to stay overnight. It’s a quiet homely place, not a party house. We do our own cooking and groceries, and cleaning is shared between everyone each weekend.
