Tracy's room

Sunny room available with own bathroom and separate toilet (in hallway). Beach is down a bush walkway from the back gate, an outdoor shower in front of deck and deck is large and half covered with views over Arkles and to Auckland. It is on Whangaparaoa Road, but there is a hedge out front to block the noise. Room is unfurnished. Rest of the house is furnished but can accommodate some furniture if needed. Plenty of room in the kitchen for all your things. Lounge/kitchen/dinning is all open plan with large sliding doors onto the deck. There is a wood fire for winter. It is not a party house, just an easy going relaxing home. I do have an old cat (14yrs) who just sleeps all day except when he’s eating.. Shops are a few doors up the road with mall/gyms etc. Extras include Elec/Net/Water. Works out to about $30 a week.

Currently 2 people living here, a female in 50s who is does crafts/restores furniture, into swimming etc and a male in his 40s who works fulltime and is in the Sleepout. Both friendly and easy going, looking for the same to come in
