About the room
I’m seeking someone to take over my lease at the rented house as I have to leave NZ indefinitely.
The lease ends on December 31st 2024. The house is located on 677A George Street, North Dunedin. You will get your own bedroom along with the private bathroom. It’s located downstairs, so it comes with its own exit. You won’t have to go through the hall to leave!
The house is fully furnished, so all you need to bring are your own pillow, bed sheet and duvet.
The weekly rent is $286. Water bill is covered. Electricity and Internet is NOT included and electricity bill will depend on your usage. However, we have free power between 9:00 PM - 11:59 PM.
It’s a great location; 2-minute walk to Night and Day which opens 24/7. 10-minute walk to Otago University. 15-minute walk to town center.

Additionally, the rental cost will be approximately $310 if includes the internet; water bill is already covered; electricity will depend on the usage.
About the roomies
