Looking for a positve, mature non smoking person who needs a room to rent, preferably long term.

Must be very clean and tidy, as my house is immaculately kept and pay their rent and their share of bills on time.

Ideally you will also be toilet trained and know how to tidy up after yourself.

The room comes fully furnished, with double closet. There’s loads of storage space downstairs in the garage and a huge outdoor space great for relaxing and lounging under the pergola.

If you’re also able to respect privacy boundaries, but also enjoy sharing the common areas of the house, enjoy sharing the odd meal or drink together, then that’s an added bonus too! 🙂
