About the room
Hello friends,
We’ve got an en suite in a newly built house in Royal Oak and are looking forward to renting it.
The house is located within walking distance of Pak’N’Save, Warehouse, Noel Leeming, McD, KFC, dentists, asian supermarkets, and many other shops.
You’ll be living with three others and will have your own little garden and toilet.
We are in our mid 20s and 30s, friendly and respectful, and are looking for someone similar. We work in IT and biology. This is not a party house, but we love to gather every now and then and enjoy each other’s company.
The room does not come with the furniture, but you can buy the furniture in it. There is a garage, but we already have two cars, so sorry, you will have to walk to the next street, which is like a 2-3 minute walk.
The rent is $390 per week, excluding bills. Two weeks of bond are required.
No pets, please; couples are welcome.
