Looking for a single person to take over my room in Grenada village. The room features a double built in wardrobe, plenty of sun and gorgeous views. The house is warm and cozy during the winter with central heating and double glazing. It gets plenty of natural light and is fully furnished (apart from the bedroom).

Conveniently located 15 minutes from the city, and 7 minute walk to the bus stop. Also has plenty of on-street parking. The house has an open kitchen/dining/living room, separate media room, laundry room and garage. It also boasts a gorgeous outdoor patio.

You’ll be living with 4 other young professionals, 3 female and 1 male. All aged between 23-28. Super chilled, nice and welcoming.
