4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Location: Papatoetoe, Cambridge Tce The rooms: I have 1 single and a double available. I am flexible on price but I typically do 100-140 for a single and 180-220 for a couple or friends sharing a room. All subject to negotiation.

The place: Quiet fenced of house. Located close to trains. Wifi fiber internet. Cooking a washing facilities on site. Parking available 1-2 spaces. What I’m after: Student or working holiday visa. I typically prefer people from outside the country. Korea/Japan/Europe would be nice, but do accept some locals. Prefer a female or nice couple too. I have hosted couchsurfers from all over Europe, the states, South America and Asia. I love meeting new people and I find a lot of good qualities in travelers and fit in with the vibe.

About me: I’m a male European/NZer. I work shifts but in my free time I like to get out and about. . I enjoy coffee, good quality food and the beach.(often those things together) I also exercise, and I do like a very occasional social drink. My main motivation for renting rooms in to meet people but if you keep to yourself that’s also totally fine if I feel you’re a good fit. I also have 1 other Chinese girl in her 20s staying.
