Welcome to a cozy home in Welcome Bay! Nestled close to the small local shopping center, there are two bedrooms to choose from. The bathroom has a combined shower and bath, with a separate toilet.

The shared spaces include a small kitchen, two lounges (one private, one shared with a large TV and comfy couch), and a quaint dining room. Essential appliances like a washing machine and dryer are available, along with a clothesline. A single bed is also provided if needed, and exterior chores are taken care of.

Utilities are included in the rent, featuring high-speed internet from Spark and access to streaming services like Netflix, Disney, and Prime. Enjoy a variety of board games and a PlayStation for entertainment.

Pets are considered case-by-case, and it’s a smoke-free, vape-free household (please smoke outside).
