We are looking a tidy flatmate to join us in 43 Anzac Avenue 🥰

• Flat is in a great location with bus stop in front of the building

• Easy access to walk up Worldwide school and other Language schools, Countdown, Queen street which close to some cafe/ restaurants.

• Room has a double bed and Large common space with fully functional kitchen ❤️

• Free paper tissue, shampoo and body shower 🧴

• Free using washing and dryer machine 🤩

You would be living with 3 others (Total 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)

The rent is $275 p/w includes all expenses (We have Wi-Fi but not stable sometimes 🥹) Bond 1 week + Advance 1 week (Total $550) ** for couple is $380 p/w **Available 4 March 2024 - 13 May 2024

• We are 3 Thai people, 2 females and 1 lgbt+ (so we prefer someone who lgbt+ friendly)
• I am full-time working night shift, usually reach home about 1 AM, but NO Worries. I am quite and just take a shower then stay at my own room :)
• the others are language students who love cooking, we are willing to share our Thai delicious food to you if you would like to join us :)
