We are a 55yr, 22yr and 19yr female household who are looking for someone to join our home. We are in Crofton Downs . we are considered a close to town suburb ,have good shopping and amenities very close . Bus direct to Victoria University and , rail direct to city within 6mins . It’s a really beautiful home . We enjoy space to have both privacy when we wish and community and sharing meals , laughs and company when we like . We have a very pretty well appointed room , with a view ,fully furnished if you need including bedding , towels etc available . The house is beautiful, modern , warm . Our vibe is friendly liberal and relaxed with a focus on a safe and support space that uplifts humans . I’m a professional in the interiors world, Bella is a British abroad lady who is at the University, other Bella works in property management. We love the our city and it’s south coastline ,days out , nights in , quiz nights .The rent is $220 per week per person /room and $30 per each week to cover power/internet/utilities/household items for kitchen bathroom cleaning washing . We’ve often have international / women /students in our home often and made life long friendships .we value so much the opportunity to share cultures through this type of rental . We’d love to show you the house , can do a video walk thru and us and see if we are a fit . We were looking for someone to join us now and then Bella goes travelling on. in March freeing up a second room if that might work for you , you could take the one room initially at $330 .
