About the room
There’s two rooms available on the second floor of the house in a near new 4 bedroom townhouse. It’s nice and quiet. Looking for female only. One room has its own balcony. A queen bed is provided and you will be sharing the bathroom with one other female. There is no onsite parking but plenty of can parking available in the street. The room will be available from 14th April.
Walking distance to bus stop and one bus to the city. Avondale train station is also a short walk. Walking distance laundromat and takeaways. Walking distance to Avondale Sunday market. Pak n save, new lynn mall and other amenities very close by.
About the roomies
I am Podiatrist working full time and my husband is a full time working professional too. You will be living with a young couple and possibly another female who will be renting a room. We are a quiet family and is looking for a FEMALE only. No visitor policy applies.
