Māngere Bridge

The flat is a 2 storey house, with Lounge, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, Toilet, and 2 balconies upstairs. Its in its original state pretty much. We live across the road from the water and have views of One Tree Hill and the Manukau harbour from the lounge, kitchen and dining room and both decks. The upstairs gets the sun all day, and a gentle breeze or wind when you want it. There is a fireplace in the lounge There is an internal stairs to the room which is available, and an external door outside. There is an ensuite downstairs with a toilet, shower, and vanity which will be exclusively yours. There is plenty of off street parking. Great walking track across the road. 2min walk to the local Village shops with cafes, bakerys, banks, grocery store, and bus route. And handy to the motorway. The room has its own external entrance off the driveway. It is quite large, approx 3.6m x 4.2m and gets the morning sun. Its cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is very private and quiet. I can provide a double bed, small desk and chair, and 2 bedside tables. It is very private and quiet. I can also provide half of the Internal garage for use as a 2nd lounge, providing a 2 seater couch, a rug to cover the concrete floor and 40inch TV, for your own space when you want it.

I am a 47yr old young at heart Kiwi, and have lived and worked overseas, and travelled to many countries. I am a single parent with a 9 1/2 year old daughter I co-parent 50/50 week on / week off. I am a Quantity Surveyor and work from home mostly. I walk alot to keep fit, mind and body, and will drive out to Piha or other beaches to walk in nature at least once a week, and have a walking track across the road next to the harbour. I have gym equipment and a sauna in the garage, and looking to get a cold plunge tub of some sort. I try to get out of the house on the weekends and do activities with my daughter or travel up to the Far North near Opononi or Waitangi on the regular. I am tidy, easy going, and friendly
