Melissa's room

It’s a spacious room with plenty of natural light. The house is a bungalow so has lots of character. Its a nice feel here. Cute deck off the kitchen french doors. No smoking/vaping inside house. Deck is fine. There is off street parking to share for 3 cars (we just need to be respectful of the shared driveway with the neighbour’s -they are nice people).

The bed is provided (you will need your own bedding for the king size bed). Theres a wardrobe (and a desk if you want it) Rest of stuff will be moved out over next few days.

We currently have 3 of us in the house. 1 couple in their 20s and 1 older single person. Studying and full-time working.

You MUST be comfortable/ enjoy animals-we have cats and 2 shitzu dogs. Very friendly pups and much loved. Sorry no more animals please.

We share the cleaning and cook/clean up for ourselves. We are a tidy bunch but not perfect.

Our washing machine is in the bathroom (separate toilet). In summer we hang our laundry out (drys very fast under the deck cover). Dryer ok in winter.

We share the utility costs (20 per week). We pool $10 a fortnight each towards toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. TV in lounge. We have Netflix etc. No sky. We are a mix of introvert and extrovert. Happy to keep to ourselves or join in for games night or share a bevvie on a Friday night or read a book. Not party animals tho.
