We have a nice couple bedroom with a balcony on Shortland street (city centre) that’s available to rent. Nice location, close to everything, super secured and quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Auckland City Central. Fully furnished. Big kitchen & living room area. The rooms will be available on the 3rd of October. We want to find a couple or a single person who would like to move in asap after this date.

For couple: $450 and shared power bill.
For 1 person: $380 included everything.
No pets allowed sorry.
Move in cost is 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.
Minimum lease 3 months.

P/s: A studio (you have the whole place to yourself) in the viaduct area is also available for nightly/weekly rental!
