Sun-facing with nice large windows in room. Flat is on the second (and third) floor of building, so feels very private despite the convenient location of being in central. One shared bathroom and very spacious kitchen and living room. Shared spaces are furnished as per photos.

8 other caring and warm flatties (I’m the one moving out because of a career change) who are mostly students in Victoria. 6 girls and 2 boys, all 19-20 yo, none are couples. All of us are doing different degrees so you’ll be guaranteed to find one of us you’ll have something in common with, but just very clear and kind communicators who respect everyone’s spaces and need for down times. You’d be sharing with one of the girls who works full time and will be spending a lot of her time outside of the house. She’s one of the kindest people I know and would be very accomodating, guaranteed.
