You get your own bedroom with own bathroom (not ensuite). Access through a back door entrance. We have lived in a quite neighbourhood for over 25 years. Parking is on the street. We have an outdoor dog who remains fenced. No pets allowed. No Smoking CCTV cameras on property. Close to Westfield Manukau, MIT, train and bus stations, quick access to motorways.
