About the home - you’ll have your own good sized bedroom and ensuite, privacy, and the wonderful amenities of two lounges, a very smart kitchen, and a remarkable amount of space. There is a lot of deck space too, and a very neat lawn.

You will need a bed, and dressers of your own, and all your own bedding and linen, for your room

The house is furnished apart from the second lounge and deck. We intend to furnish these in the near future and look forward to any contributions.

About us - Ali and Bevan are the existing flat mates, and we move into this vacant property on 26 February. Our ages start in the early 50s. We have no pets or kids living with us. We are active, friendly people, enjoy company and also our own space. This house is spacious enough to allow us to enjoy time separately and together.

About yourself - we are looking for someone who is as considerate as we are, has their act generally together, and is ideally in the 40s plus.
