Room already has a double mattress, bedframe, small desk (if you want to use it) and interior wardrobe. So no need to supply any of those. Internal garage, shed for storage if needed. Property has a patio area to relax in, nice lounge and dining area. Pretty quiet, welcoming and safe area. Flagstaff shops are quite close and along with a couple of parks.

Couple that own the house, with a cat and 1 other male flat-mate who has lived with us for the last 4 years. All working professionals with hobbies of our own. Very relaxed people, haven’t had any conflicts with each other or previous flat-mates. In and out of the house a fair bit.
