About the room
About the flat Our house is a new modern home and was built in 2020. We live a minimal lifestyle and our home is tidy and well kept.
Additional to the usual amenities, our home also features a spa, outdoor lounge seats for relaxing and an outdoor dining table - all with nice access to sunlight.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the 76 bus which goes directly into Auckland CBD and a 15 minute walk from the train station which accesses the whole eastern line trains (Britomart, Manukau, Sylvia Park etc.) Both of these run every 10 minutes during peak hours and 20-30 minutes off peak.
About the room Our spare room on offer is a large bedroom with very good access to sunlight and views. The room has bedside tables, a queen bed, built in wardrobe, wall mirror and dresser included. There is enough space for a study desk and chair.
The rental cost is $260 per week and utilities cost is an extra $35 per week.
We have a separate fridge for your use, and kitchen will be shared with flat mates. Saucepans, cutlery and whiteware provided and shared with flat mates.
Bathroom is exclusive for you to use most of the time. Occasionally when friends are over, bathroom will be used by guests.
Preferred flatmate Work professional, easy-going, considerate, clean and tidy, respectful and communicable. Female is preferred. Long term stay is preferred. Students are welcome.

About the roomies
We are an engaged couple who are looking for a flatmate to stay in our spare bedroom. I am working full time as an architect and my Partner is a full time nurse. We are clean and tidy and appreciate personal space. We enjoy video games and occasionally like spend time outdoors - going on hikes and day trips.
