Looking for a single working professional in 20’s- mid 30’s.

The apartment has an open plan living/kitchen area, a shared bathroom and an enclosed balcony overlooking the beach and Kapiti Island.

The apartment is fully furnished, bedroom is unfurnished with one small built in wardrobe. Just need to bring your bedroom furniture. (Queen Bed and chair in the room is just to show the space in the room. This will be removed prior to move in.)

Apartment gets a lot of sun throughout the day and doesn’t require a lot of heating on the cooler days/months (Power in the winter months doesn’t get too high).

Free parking is available on the street or in the car park behind the building and shops.

The apartment is located in the heart of Paraparaumu Beach close to Shops, Four Square, Restaurants (Dine in and Take aways), Public Transport, Beach, Paraparaumu Golf Club.
