Abbeyhill Road

Lovely view of Dunedin. Down a dead end street. We are very close to families with small children. We have a lovely garden, outdoor space, beautiful done up kitchen and bathroom to share.

We all work full time, we are very chatty and welcoming but also understanding about people needing space. We aren’t a party flat we are a quiet neighbourhood. We respectfully to eachother. We are all very clean and tidy people for communal areas. There is one couple and a female staying at this home.
