Prefer someone who does not need to use the rest of the house during the day if possible as I am 44 year old female student/professional working from home. Ideally you wont be home a lot during the day or have a lot of regular visitors, but are still friendly and sociable to talk too. Looking for someone honest and cleans up after themselves a must. Suit independent working& student or student& athlete (mature personalities ages 25-35yrs). Male preferred but a female might be considered if they are independent, kind and laid back. I’m Christian, Maori Kiwi; I have worked for just about every government agency and a few private ones so I have a ton of life experience if you need help with anything at all. I’m really sociable but apart from a few people tend to keep to myself. I love ethnicity and indigenous cultures, and have a strong sense of justice and fairness for oppressed groups including animals.
