House is situated within walking distance to Takapuna beach, shops, and bus routes. Very safe area.

Jane is an anaesthetic technician/ Nutritionist who will occupy the upstairs room with her own ensuite. 4 bedrooms downstairs. One only to be occupied by you. I am away for a few months in Hawkes Bay. Upon my return I shall retain my room up stairs and Jane move back downstairs to her room. She will continue to use the upstairs bathroom most of the time. We have a large friendly dog but he will be going to Hawkes Bay with me.
