About the room
We have 2 furnished spacious rooms that are currently available, each with a double built-in wardrobe and enough space to easily fit in a desk and a chair. Separate toilet and a shared bathroom (shower and bath). Each room is $290 per week with a security deposit of $580 each.
Our home has an open plan kitchen and living room and all flatmates are welcome to use all pots, pans, cutlery. We also have a washing machine and dryer which are available for use.
Our ideal flatmates would be respectful, tidy and also have a good sense of humour. Oh, and they must love dogs (she is a small toy poodle).
We are located 5 minutes from Westfield Albany, the bus station as well as the motorway.
About the roomies
Currently there are two of us living in the house (brother and sister), along with our dog. We are in our mid-30s and are full time working professionals.
We are non-smokers, friendly and easy-going and maintain each other’s privacy and expect the same from our new flatmates joining us.
