1 flatmate wanted. X1 bedroom available in a brand new furnished 3-bedroom house. Located at - Kenepuru Landing. 15 min to Wellington city ,5 min to Porirua CBD. 7-minute walk to Kenepuru Train station

The room (big enough to fit a queen size bed+ small desk) with build-in robe, will share the main upstairs bathroom with one of the flatmates(bath, shower and toilet). If you need a bed, it can be included for a small fee.

Garage for storing bikes, outdoor equipment , general storage,etc. Off-street parking right outside the property .

$260+ expenses to be split among flatmates ($25 aprox) 3 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance . Ideal flatmate : full-time working professional, late 20s to late 30s, clean, respectful, pays rent on time. Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in the house.
