Bethan's room

Hello! I have a cozy bedroom available in Scott Pt Hobsonville, right by the water and a 5-minute drive from the motorway. The main house is furnished but has room for a few more bits and bobs if you have them, the room fits a queen bed, and gets lovely afternoon sun. The house has a good-sized living room, a big kitchen, and a shared bathroom with heated floors. Rent is $265 per week, including bills. Move-in costs are a 3-week bond and 1 week in advance. Currently, it’s myself, my daughter & one other female. We both work full time, but are keen to have fun flat outings on the weekend or a few drinks depending on the vibes. I work in sales, Sarah (24) works in the childcare sector & Daisy (6) attends primary just up the road! Our two fur babies are Frankie (4 year old black and white rescue girl) & King Julian (2 year old Ragdoll rescue boy)

We like to chill on the couch with some TV to decompress after work and are keen for little adventures on the weekend whether that’s to a beach or kmart lol. We’re not a party house but won’t say no to some music and drinks on the weekends.
