Property has good size front and back yards with landscaped garden, fully fenced, very quiet and private, also has a pretty secure neighborhood, new kitchen and bathroom, SKY digital and fibre broadband, perfect place for studying or living.

One good sized bedroom is available, $160 per week, rent includes phone (toll calls excluded), WIFI and SKY TV, the only cost we share is the electricity bill at the end of the month.

Our house is fully furnished, all you need to bring in just the furniture for your room (for $20 extra per week I can also provide furniture for your room should you require).

2 weeks bond and 1 week’s rent in advance, suits working ladies, hospital workers or UNI students, must be clean and tidy, smokers are ok but must smoke outside.
