Dixon Street

Recently renovated, warm and dry, double glazed windows, as close as you can possibly get to town. 5mins to New World Willis St, 10mins to Midland Park, and not up a hill (though a couple flights of stairs). Looks like an eco-lodge-meets-chalet inside with lots of wood and an angled roof.

• Unfurnished with a big skylight, has plenty of space for a Queen bed and some other bits, nice privacy and super cozy in the cold months.
• There is another bedroom on the main level, but we’ve been using it mainly as a guest room.
• Kitchen has a nice long bench with a sink, dishwasher, fridge, four-hobs and an oven.
• Living Room is furnished with our bits; we’ve got a lovely couch with ambition to add another piece or two.
• You have your own shower (A+ pressure) and bathroom (though has a shared washer and dryer).

We’re a couple of Cafe managers, living and working together.

We’re pretty chill and sociable, open to flat meals, movie nights and Duck Island runs. Saturdays are spent op shopping / unwinding after a trip to Swimsuit and Fred’s.

The landlord is a private owner and has been fantastic; very kind, proactive with communication, and responsive whenever things pop-up. There are two other flats on our level that are very soundproof, and they’re occupied by lovely neighbours, too. Any other requested photos, let us know!
