Carla's room

This little studio cottage contains a living / sleeping area, a large built-in wardrobe, kitchen, shower / toilet, veranda with outdoor seating and an outdoor picnic table. The studio cottage is located in Upper Moutere near the Moutere Inn. 10 mins from Mapua, 15 mins to Richmond or Moteka.

The room comfortably fits a queen size bed (Pictures show king single). Looking for a single, respectful, tidy, and full-time working person with references. No smoking, no pets. The owner lives on the property with a small elderly dog and daughter - its important that the person living on the property will be a good match.

Rent is $250 per week and includes water. 2 weeks rent in advance and two weeks bond.

There is space for parking a vehicle.

Studio cottage can be empty or semi furnished as per picture (supply own bedding).

50 year old woman. Loves gardening, DIY and crafts. Works as a counsellor. I have a daughter and a small elderly dog.
