Warm dry home with two housemates who both work in the city. It’s a home not just a house.

The room to rent is a large warm double bedroom with a ensuite. With bath! (And shower too, yes) Lots of storage space. Not furnished in this room, but the shared living spaces are.

We pay $35per person weekly for wifi/power/gas/rubbish collection.

Two women who both work in the city. 1 late 20s the other young 40s. Kind, curious, creative, respectful, tidy, adult humans. It’s important to us to have a warm, friendly, respectful environment, and that our home is a home and not a place we just put our stuff. We’re strong believers in open communication and healthy boundaries. We don’t do shared cooking but do enjoy the friendly company of those with whom we live. One of us loves cooking and is something of a sour dough queen. She is also a keen gardener. I love plants and am learning to not kill them with my enthusiasm. My baking skills are comparable with my green thumb. We are both v creative people and enjoying a multitude of mediums. I like to make clothes and am interested in creating a more sustainable, eco friendly wardrobe that honours not just one’s natural geometry but the earth too. Being greener and more eco conscious and eco responsible is something we’re both very invested in. We’re looking for people, ideally a couple (just a better balance and dynamic with four) who’ve a similar ethos and home appreciation as ourselves. Our home is a queer friendly, non-judgemental, warm and quiet haven where we want people to be able to relax and have a yarn, and know they are welcome.
