Location: Heart of Waterview, 6 min drive to point chev beach and 5 minutes to point chev countdown. Across from uni tech and close to shopping centres etc
🚗 Off-street parking for both cars and heaps of street parking for guests.
Nearest gym: flex point chev or anytime fitness mt Albert
Two bedroom, one bathroom house with HEAPS of storage under the house, a garage and small office space if needed. This house is newly renovated, lots of natural light and in Avery quiet area.
Large lounge with tv Netflix etc - Dinning room and kitchen
About you: �Looking for a chilled full-time worker, who is clean and respectful. A person with a small dog can be considered, we are not a cat friendly house.
�Costs: $300/ week
- internet and electricity (Aprox $25) Bond is $600 with rent paid in advance - 2 weeks notice to leave
About the roomies

Works in health and fitness, usually out from 7am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and a half day Friday with Saturday / Sundays off. Weekends usually spend out and about socialising or having some people around. (Not a party house, possible on the very rare occasion on a weekend) �I also have a little beautiful quiet French bulldog who comes to work with me most days or left home on occasions
