We’ve got a sunny, top-floor bedroom opening up soon in our 3-bed townhouse. It’s got a queen bed and desk, all ready to go. Plus, the bedroom has a private balcony, and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with just one other flatmate.

Our place is in a great location on Mary Street, right across from a bus stop for an easy commute. Bars, restaurants and takeaways are all close by.

When it comes to bills, we split power and internet equally each month but water and other house essentials are covered in the rent.

We’re on the lookout for someone who is friendly, tidy and reliable. If you’re looking for something long-term, we’d be keen to hear from you.
